Child and Teen Therapy
A Space Where Your Child Gets to Be Fully Themselves
Kids and teens carry more than we sometimes realize: identity, family expectations, anxiety, and the world around them. We help them find language and grounding for all of it.
Children and teens are often navigating more than adults give them credit for — identity, belonging, family expectations, and a world that doesn't always make space for who they are. At SolPath, we offer a space where young people can be fully themselves, without having to perform maturity or mask what they're really feeling.
We work with BIPOC and LGBTQ+ youth and their families, using age-appropriate, culturally responsive approaches that respect both the child's developing identity and the family's values and culture.

Our Approach
We meet children and teens where they are developmentally, using play, creative expression, and age-appropriate language rather than expecting them to "talk it out" like an adult.
We also work closely with families because a young person's healing is rarely separate from the culture, values, and the relationships around them as they're growing up.
