EMDR Therapy
A Path Through Trauma That Doesn't Require Reliving It
Your body has been holding onto more than words can explain. EMDR helps release it — gently, at your pace, without needing to narrate every painful detail.
Some experiences live in the body long after the mind has tried to move on, a tightness in the chest, a flinch, a pattern that repeats without explanation. EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing) works with this reality directly, helping your nervous system finally process what it's been holding onto.
At SolPath, we offer EMDR as part of a wider, spiritually grounded approach to healing, one that recognizes trauma as something that lives in the body, the spirit, and even across generations, not just in memory.

Our Approach
EMDR is a structured, evidence-based method, but we never treat it as separate from who you are. We hold your identity, culture, and spirituality as part of the healing container, drawing on ancestral and spiritual practices alongside EMDR's clinical protocol, rather than asking you to set those parts of yourself aside for "real" treatment to happen.
