Trauma Therapy
Trauma Therapy
Trauma work here isn't about reliving your pain on repeat. It's about giving your nervous system a new way through, at a pace you control.
Healing from trauma doesn't mean forgetting. It means the past stops running the show.
Trauma isn't only what happened to you, it's also what your body, mind, and spirit had to do to survive it. At SolPath, trauma therapy isn't about reliving your pain on repeat. It's about giving your nervous system a new way through.
We work with survivors of childhood trauma, racial trauma, religious trauma, relational harm, and identity-based violence — often trauma that mainstream therapy spaces were never built to hold.
Survivors of racial or intergenerational trauma
LGBTQ+ individuals healing from rejection, violence, or religious harm
Anyone carrying trauma that "traditional" talk therapy hasn't been able to touch

Who Is This For
Building nervous system safety and stabilization before any trauma processing begins
Using EMDR to process traumatic memories without needing to narrate every detail
Noticing and working with how trauma shows up in the body, not just the mind
Integrating cultural or spiritual practices from your own background into the healing process
Moving at a pace that never outruns your sense of safety
