Military Therapy
Support That Understands the Weight You've Carried in Service
Military life shapes identity, relationships, and mental health in ways civilian therapists don't always understand. We're here to hold both your service and your full self.
Military life asks a lot — of the people who serve and the families who serve alongside them. Deployment, relocation, chain-of-command culture, and the pressure to appear unaffected can all make it harder to reach out for support, even when you need it.
At SolPath, we understand military culture and the unique stressors it creates, while also recognizing that BIPOC and LGBTQ+ service members often carry an additional layer of navigating identity within a historically rigid institution. You don't have to choose between honoring your service and being fully yourself here.

Our Approach
We combine trauma-informed and EMDR-based methods with an understanding of military culture — because healing from service-related experiences requires both clinical skill and genuine familiarity with what military life actually demands. Your service is part of your story, not the whole of your identity.
